Garage Door Repair Warranties: Labor and Replaced Parts

Understand Jack’s 90-day repair warranty for labor and replaced parts, and which questions to ask about repair records and separate product coverage.

Jack’s provides a 90-day warranty on repair labor and the parts we replace. Keep the work record so a later concern can be connected to the completed repair. A repair warranty should be read alongside any separate manufacturer product coverage.

Keep the approved scope and completion record

Your records should make clear what was repaired and which components were replaced. If a symptom returns, tell us what changed, when it happened and whether the behavior is the same as before. There is no need to disassemble equipment to establish the cause yourself.

Ask about the coverage before approval

If you have questions about a particular circumstance, ask for the terms before the work starts. The repair coverage does not mean every untouched part has been renewed. Manufacturer warranty requests can also have their own documentation and review process, separate from Jack’s repair commitment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Jack’s 90-day repair warranty include replaced parts?

Yes. The confirmed repair commitment covers our repair labor and the parts we replace.

Should I keep operating the door if a problem returns within the warranty period?

Stop use when movement is abnormal or damage is visible and contact us. Being within a warranty period does not make continued operation safe.
