Clopay doors come in different constructions and designs. A repair request should identify the door separately from the opener mounted behind it. If possible, keep the collection name, product label and previous installation record for the appointment.
Identify the collection before ordering a panel
A raised-panel appearance alone does not identify section construction. Tell us which section is damaged and whether windows are involved. We discuss the availability of an appropriate replacement and the condition of the rest of the door before an order is placed.
Match the replacement to your priorities
If a complete replacement is appropriate, compare the actual door configuration: construction, glazing, finish and required performance. Can I replace a Clopay window without changing the door?
Some damage can be addressed within the existing section, but the frame, glazing specification and model must be checked. Keep people away from broken glass.
Is the opener necessarily made by Clopay too?
No. Read the opener’s own identification separately. Its controls and replacement components may come from a different manufacturer.
