Find the affected edge
A split lower seal, daylight beside the frame and moisture appearing above the opening are different observations. Tell us which edge is affected and when you first noticed it. Photograph a closed, stationary door from a safe position rather than reaching around moving sections.
Match the seal to its mounting
The bottom retainer determines which replacement profile can be fitted. A wider strip selected only by appearance may not be suitable. Include a clear photo of the damaged area in your service request if it can be taken without touching the lower brackets or lifting cables.
Discuss water that reaches the opening
If water pools outside the garage, include that in the Jupiter visit request. A seal replacement cannot establish that the driveway drains correctly. Ask the quote to distinguish the weatherstrip work from any floor, threshold or drainage issue that needs another assessment.
